Here are ten reasons why the Knicks have a shot at the NBA title next season (if there is a season).
#1: The best Power Forward in the East. Honestly, who is a better PF than Amare Stoudemire in the Eastern Conference? KG, nah... Maybe before but he's hold and only scores about 15 points per game.
#2: The best Small forward in the Eastern Conference. Yeah Lebron is better overall but if there is one person who can score with Lebron's lockdown defense on him, it's 'MELO.
#3: Coach will perform better because he's in the hot seat. The only way Mike D'Antoni will keep is job is if he shows that he can coach the Knicks to a title or a deep run. Trust me, MD will try his best to make the Knicks get a deep playoff run.
#4: Iman Shumpert is with the Knicks. That guy is freakishly athletic and can hopefully lockdown some great players in the east... Such as Rajon Rondo and D Wade.
#5: Billups will be the Knicks starting point guard... He's called Mr. Big Shot for a reason.
#6: Better chemistry because unlike before, the Knicks will most likely have training camp.
#7. Legit 7 footer, if Jerome Jordan comes to play Center for the Knicks in the 2011-12 season.
#8. The Knicks hired a defensive coach, who will help the Knicks get better in D.
#9. If the Knicks can keep up their offense in the 7 second or less system and also play defense by getting rebounds and stopping their opponents then they will be unstoppable.
#10. The pressure is on for 'Melo and Stat... They must deliver!
